A storyteller inspired by family & nature

Alison Putman began her writing journey during the Covid years after writing a personal blog about caring for her father, who sadly passed away in 2022.

Inspired by the importance of family and life's simple moments, she wrote her very first children's story as a birthday surprise for her husband Malcolm, featuring their beloved cat Kelly.

That story became Kelly At The Seaside.

Today Alison continues Kelly's adventures through stories that encourage children to explore nature, appreciate family, and enjoy everyday adventures filled with imagination.

When not writing, Alison has worked within the financial industry for many years and enjoys spending time with her family.
